Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound of shrimp (uncooked and unfrozen)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 gloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 of unsalted butter
- Salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 of spaghetti pasta
In a large pot bring the water to a boil and add your pasta of choice. While that is cooking you will need a large skillet for the sauce and shrimp. Melt the butter in your skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, butter and lemon juice and stir frequently for about 2 min. Add the shrimp and season it with salt and ground pepper and cook until the shrimp is pinkish color. Stir in your pasta of choice and you’re done.
