been into lemon water lately. I have been drinking it lately with my meals and while on the go. Here some of the benefits of lemon water I’d like to share. Weather you like it on the go or with your meals it can be beneficial for your overall health.

it has citric acid which is found in many citrus fruits. In biochemistry, it is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle, which occurs in the metabolism of all aerobic organisms. I love to drink it especially in the morning before a workout and then after breakfast.
