Recently I was given a book “It starts with us” by Colleen Hoover! This book has been on my reading list, and it felt like every girl that I knew read it and I was excited to finally read it. The hype is real.

This is technically her second book of the series! it tells a story about Lily and her ex-husband, Ryle, they have just settled into a coparenting rhythm when she suddenly bumps into her first love, Atlas randomly. Lily falls back in love with atlas, she finds out he’s not married anymore, and they go on many dates together.

The excitement is true for her but she’s also tired and burnt out from taking care of her daughter… She goes back and forth to loving her first love and her ex-husband. They eventually move in together and as they say it was meant to be. Her daughter is just as happy and it shows her that true love can never ever die.
